25 grams each dough
Donut dough ingredients
1 kilo bread flour + 3/4 cup for dusting
200 grams sugar
15 grams yeast
10 grams salt
1/2 cup milk powder
4 eggs
2 and 1/2 cup milk
120 grams margarine

For coating
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup of boiling water

Oil for frying
You can use electric mixer for mixing the dough.
