Admiral Washer making loud noise after replacing drive belt from Parts Select.

OK.....back in January our washier started making this loud noise when it was running.....Being tight with money after Christmas I figured I could find a repair video on Youtube. This guy from Parts Select had some trouble shooting videos for washers. I purchase a $22.41 drive belt from Parts Select.com and with my son's help we installed the new drive belt...but low in be hold, the washier IS still makes that loud noise... I created this video to see if anyone has a suggestion on what to do.
