💥 Apple Tart Ingredients:
1 large Egg
1/4 cup Sugar (50g)
a pinch of Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
40ml Vegetable Oil (or melted butter)
1 1/2 cups Flour (180g)
1 teaspoon Baking Powder (4g)
3-4 Apples
4 tablespoons Apricot Jam

Bake in preheated oven at 360F (180C) for 40-45 minutes
