Back in February 2020, we went to the Quebec Winter Carnival. It is the oldest winter carnival in Canada, and brings people from all over the world to experience the culture and food of Quebec. After trying all the food at the carnival, here were our top 3.

Wacky Snack: Maple Taffy

The Carnaval De Quebec is scheduled to occur in 2021 from February 5 - 14, with additional safety measures put in place. You can find out more on their website here:
