Ordered from Amazon on 9/30/2020 and was working great for the 2 month straight but the 3rd month has been a living hell! Constant error 31 of hell. Frustrated and disappointed. Who would pay $1100. for this???? Opened a ticket with iRobot and waiting for them to respond.

*UPDATE: contacted iRobot on 12/27/2020 @ 10:27AM and the call wait time was quick. They acknowledged it was a known issue and Error 31 of hell is a bumper sensor issue. The replacement is currently backordered for 2-4 weeks and as a courtesy they will send me a free replenishment kit and extend it another 2 more years warranty. Although it was purchased from Amazon and I did purchased the Asurion extended warranty. Supposedly, the new batch of s9+ have fixed the bumper issue.*
