MOMMA’S CORNBREAD

1 C Cornmeal
1 C AP Flour
¼ C Sugar
3 ½ ts Baking Powder
1 ts Salt
1 C Water
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/3 C Sunflower Oil

Preheat oven to 400 °
Grease the dish you’re going to use. Sift all the dry ingredients. Add the oil, water, and beaten egg. Mix well. Let sit for 10 min. Bake for 20-25 min.
