The gym sounds easy. Sign up, put on some workout clothes, go work out. Actually, that sounds like me wandering around a gym unprepared and then leaving. So today Im taking the first step, getting prepared. Theoretically, if I have what I need ready to grab and go then my brain should tell me that going to the gym is easy. And guess what? Since filming this vid, it's worked! I just leave the bag in my car and can hit up a gym class right after dropping the kids off at school. Who knew the actual obstacle was lack of preparation and not lack of drive to work out? ;) Good luck on your bag!
