Because all incoming and outgoing solar damage is buffed by 50%, you should go with an all solar build (the arc shields are not an issue). I highly recommend Ticuu's Divination for anti-barrier and for its general excellence in this mission. A handcannon is fine for unstops, and a solar linear makes short work of champions and lucent hive. Hope this helps!
