1/2 small head of young cabbage
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
mix well
a little vegetable oil
cook over medium/low heat, covered, ~5 minutes
some of your favorite tomato sauce
mozzarella
cover with a lid and wait for the cheese to melt
add your favorite greens
