Dr. Waseem's favorite and healthy breakfast is here for everyone: protein pancakes with fluffy scrambled eggs.
Ingredients for pancakes:
Coconut flour
Eggs
Olive oil
Fennel seeds (saunf)
Artificial sweetener
Start by adding coconut flour in a bowl. It is rich in fiber, MCTs and proteins. You may replace it with oats. Add three whole eggs into it. Adding fennel will help with digestion and constipation. Add some water to make the batter runny. Lastly, add artificial sweetener to it. Add some okive oil to the pan and heat it. Fry your nutritiously delicious pancakes for a healthy breakfast.
Next, prepare scrambled eggs by mixing 2 eggs, salt and pepper in the pan. Cook them and your breakfast is complete.
