Very Rusty Antique Scissor - Restoration

In this video I restoring an Antique scissors. This scissor was sent to me by someone to restore. This scissor has a lot of rust on it.

To restore the scissors I started by removing the very old fabric from the handle of the scissors. I then removed the loose rust on the scissors with a wire brush. To remove the rust from the scissors, I left the scissors in a bottle of vinegar for 24 hours. After removing all the rust from the scissors I sanded and buffed the scissors. And on the handle of the scissors I wrapped strips of leather. After fully restoring the scissors I returned the scissors to its owner.
