RoyOMartin hosted its Fourth Annual RoyOMartin Women in Manufacturing Day, held for the first time in a virtual format, on October 29, 2020. This event is held annually each October in conjunction with the National Association of Manufacturers and the Manufacturing Institute’s Manufacturing Day. RoyOMartin Women in Manufacturing Day is designed for young women in grades 7-12 to gain an awareness of career opportunities available in the manufacturing industry. This recording of the live-streamed event includes remarks from RoyOMartin executives, an overview of the bright futures in manufacturing, testimonials from six women in RoyOMartin production and supporting roles, and a Q&A session.
