Micah Parsons did not attend the start of Cowboys voluntary workouts on Monday. But unlike CeeDee Lamb, it’s not contract-related. Here’s the report from Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning news: “A person close to the hybrid defensive end told The Dallas Morning News that Parsons is focused on a personalized training program outside the facility while determined to prepare himself for the 2024 season in the manner he considers optimal. This same thinking saw Parsons be absent at this stage of the 2023 offseason.”

Cowboys draft rumors continue to heat up and the latest 2024 NFL Mock Draft from Peter Schrager has the Cowboys taking Texas WR Xavier Worthy. While Worthy brings the speed the Cowboys need at WR, he’s a thin player and there were some more notable players on the board like Amarius Mims (OT, Georgia), Graham Barton (IOL, Duke), Jackson Powers-Johnson (IOL, Oregon), Adonai Mitchell (WR, Texas) and Darius Robinson (DL, Missouri).

Cowboys rumors on NFL Free Agency have been awful this year. But one notable Cowboys free agent remains: CB Stephon Gilmore. His market has been quiet, with just the Dallas Cowboys, New England Patriots and Carolina Panthers being linked so far. The longer he goes without signing, the better chance he could end up back in Dallas.
