I literally got my Philippine drivers license in a little over an hour once my paperwork was complete. If you have all your papers including photo copies LTO registration and Medical Certificate that could be all the time it takes. As you will see in the video exactly what to do and where to go and you can expect the same results. Of coarse that depends on the office you go to. I used the office in Angeles City. I was there Thursday to pick up the application and find out what else I needed. Then Friday I submitted everything. Including LTO registration, medical certificate and time in LTO office it took about two hours. But once I had the paper work complete and turned in only about an hour
