Move and Freeze is a fun St. Patrick's Day game for kids! This GoNoodle Inspired brain break activity is similar to kids freeze dance, but with a twist. In this freeze dance game, players will read the movement challenge, and then perform that challenge as best as they can. When you hear the ring, it's time to switch movements and when you hear the music stop be sure to freeze! This is a fun St. Patrick's Day classroom game or elementary PE game that will definitely get everyone up and moving! 🍀
