This is a CLASSIC REUPLOAD from last year.
Today, we have 2 hearings in the termination of tenancy with a woman who hasn’t paid ANY rent
in a YEAR by taking advantage of the COVID stays of eviction, but now that she can’t hide
behind that anymore, she feels she shouldn’t have to pay the landlord at all.


She tells crazy tales about everything & anything including being kicked out of her unit and being
made to live in squalor which forced her to spend money to make the place “beautiful” and
because of that she shouldn’t have to pay any rent. She claims she never agreed to the amount
of the rent, that the landlord is negligent, that the maintenance man was s*xually harassing
her, & the stories go on and on.


This woman is her own three-ring circus of entitlement and the landlord is so desperate and
tired of her he’s willing to forgo the year’s rent that she owes if she’ll just agree to get out!


Let’s see what the judge thinks...
