Ingredients used

* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa
* ¼ teaspoon baking soda
* ¼ teaspoon baking powder
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 2 teaspoons instant coffee
* 2 tablespoons hot water
* 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature (2 sticks)
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 3 large eggs room temperature
* 4oz cream cheese at room temperature
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


CHOCOLATE FROSTING
* ½ cup heavy whipping cream
* ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
* 1 teaspoon butter
* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
