European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde says the direction of travel is clear when it comes to interest rates. She says disinflation is on the right track. Lagarde also says Donald Trump should come visit her office in Frankfurt to see how hard it really is to be a central bank chief. Lagarde speaks exclusively to Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua in Washington where she will be attending the International Monetary Fund meetings.
