Here is my fan-made concept (or my prediction) of how Warner Bros.' upcoming brand-new on-screen logo could look like.

Recently, the media corporation Warner Bros. Discovery began rebranding Warner Bros. yet again. The Pentagram shield is slowly being replaced by the new WB shield, that was designed by Chermayeff & Geismar & Haviv. The new shield is the same classic golden/blue WB shield that many people remember. It was first spotted in The Flash, Blue Beetle and (as of right now) promotional material for Dune: Part Two. This is the reason and inspiration for this concept.

The aim of this concept is to look nostalgic and yet realistic. As I know, many people remember the classic golden/blue WB shield better than the Pentagram shield. To look a lot more iconic, the classic shield better fits on-screen with the 1984 sky background, or a sky background that looks similar to the former. The classic shield's on-screen logos are mostly accompanied by the Max Steiner fanfare, or the original 1999 version of the "As Time Goes By" fanfare. In result, to make sure that my concept follows this aim, I've used these details as references. As for the background, I've used the 1984 background as a reference, and crafted a realistic variation of the background for use in the concept. As for the fanfare, instead of using an existing version, I've re-composed the original 1999 fanfare and made a new realistic rendition of it that can be suitable with a modern logo.

You might wonder why there isn't a wordmark in the TV and Home Ent. variants? Well, I haven't found a WB-modified TT Norms Condensed Bold font, somehow some people got it. Besides, the WB shield is already iconic, we can recognize it even without a wordmark.

Special thanks to my two buddies @VictorHOchoa and @josephgoes for helping me with the concept. They did such an amazing job!

WARNING:
- This model is not editable, and will not be available as a full model, but is only available as a shield model (without editable letters).
- This concept is purely related to graphic design. Even if I make stuff about Hollywood logos (except for their remakes), I will never return to the logo remaking community.
- Please understand that this is a concept and not an actual official WB on-screen logo, because Warner Bros. hasn't made its official on-screen logo yet. However, this concept can be a prediction.
- The Warner Animation Group variant is now outdated, because the division was renamed to Warner Bros. Pictures Animation. To see the new WBPA variant:    • Design Concept Update | Warner Bros. ...
