Twenty minutes before the park closed for the day at midnight Christmas Eve I found myself the only person in line for the attraction, which provided me the chance to make this recording without worrying about crowds. You'll also get a glimpse of the Hatbox Ghost, which was just added.

The Haunted Mansion opened at Magic Kingdom Park® in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, as an original attraction on October 1, 1971. Like all of the versions across Disney Parks, it has its own differences from the original that opened at Disneyland® in 1969. Unlike its Disneyland counterpart, Magic Kingdom does not do any holiday "overlays" on this attraction.
