Never seen one of these little golf carts before...a 2016 SMART car!

Owner says that the baby SMART car was running worse and worse until one day it finally QUIT RUNNING! And it cranks kind of "funny".

We're short on time (coming back from the ProMaster Disaster van), so let's take the SMART approach to this quirky Euro machine.
What are we missing...Spark? Fuel? Compression?
