RECIPE 1:
📝INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:

1 cauliflower (cut into pieces)
3 lemon slices
1 teaspoon salt
3-4 onions
Vegetable fat
Butter (70 -100 grams)
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon sugar
Potatoes 0.5 kg (salt the potatoes to taste)
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons flour
250 grams of cream
Nutmeg (according to your taste)
Mozzarella cheese (150 grams)
Bake in the oven at 200°C (350°F) for 15 minutes!

RECIPE 2:

1 cauliflower
1 teaspoon salt
Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
vegetable oil
1 onion
1 carrot
1 pepper
100 g asparagus
2 tomatoes
(Fry vegetables until golden brown)
4 tablespoons ketchup (but you can also use tomato paste)
Salt to taste
ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of Khmeli-Suneli seasoning
3 cloves of garlic
(put cauliflower in)
parsley (to taste)

RECIPE 3:

🔸1 cauliflower (cut into pieces)
🔸3 lemon slices
🔸Greens (dill+parsley)
🔸Salt to taste
Cook the cauliflower over low heat for 5 minutes.
🔸2 peppers
🔸3 carrots
Cut peppers and carrots into pieces
🔸Vegetable oil (olive oil)
🔸Salt to taste
🔸1 teaspoon dry paprika powder (spice)
🔸2 cloves of garlic
🔸2 egg yolks! (Separate the egg whites from the yolks) The egg whites can then be fried.
🔸Butter (1-2 tablespoons)
🔸1 onion
Fry the onion until golden brown
🔸2 tablespoons of flour
🔸270 grams of cream
🔸black pepper to taste
🔸some nutmeg
🔸some lemon peel (optional)
Add egg yolks and mix well
Place the cooked cauliflower in a heatproof bowl
Pour the cauliflower well with the sauce we have prepared
🔸Mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the cauliflower
👨‍🍳Bake in the oven at 200°C (350°F) for 20 minutes!👨‍🍳
Place vegetables in an ovenproof baking dish
