The Rivian R1T is exciting, as it is one of the first pure electric pickup trucks to come to market! While the big OEMs like Ford and GM work on the Lightning and Hummer EV, small startup Rivian has started customer deliveries. The Rivian is between the Ford Ranger and Ford F-150 in terms of overall size, and offers 835 horsepower and 908 lb-ft of torque. That is quite a lot of power, and means 0-60 in the low 3 second range. Its properly functional too, with this off-road trim able to wade over 3 feet of water, adjustable height air suspension and more. Estimate over 300 miles of range, able to tow 11,000 lbs with the quad motor setup, the R1T brings so much performance, usability and functionality. Things like the gear tunnel, front trunk, built in Bluetooth speaker and more make this thing unique and just fun to live with and discover.
