This is how I installed blacked out badges in my 2019 crosstrek. I won’t include links because I got them on eBay, but a quick search will turn up many options for black lettering. The oem black lettering is gloss black, so keep that in mind as I’ve seen some of the “Subaru” badges that were flat black and they won’t match. This method will work on most badges.
