Cattle Drive Casserole:

1 - 1 ½ lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can diced chiles, drained

BROWN ALL OF THESE TOGETHER & DRAIN

Mix:
½ cup mayo
½ cup sour cream
½ cup shredded cheddar
½ cup shredded pepper jack

Layer mayo mix on top of beef mixture.
Top with frozen tater tots.
Cook in 400 degree oven 30 minutes or until tater tots are brown.
