Hi. I'm Tessa, the mom and wife extraordinaire at Willow Haven Farm in New Tripoli, PA. You'll start in my makeshift kitchen where I show you how I got my huge brisket into brining bags. With the bakery just behind, I ask Reuben about his bread and introduce you to the new baker. Then I head outside to show you the progress in the greenhouse and what is holding us up from planting in our field greenhouses. Lastly, you get to meet Reuben's dad who made a special trip to help get us back into our farm house kitchen.

Our farm's offerings include a wide variety of vegetables from black magic kale, cherry tomatoes, to collards and lettuce. These fresh greens are available in our spring Market boxes, ensuring that you can enjoy the bounty of our organic fields.

In addition to our farming endeavors, we've also been remodeling our farm kitchen, a project that has seen its fair share of challenges but is progressing steadily.
