I came across this Ebay listing for a 1978 Grumman Cougar GA-7. I ended up buying it because it was the cheapest one on ebay at the time. This twin engine airplane is very rare and people love it because of how cheap it is to fly. The biggest problem is that this plane has sat abandoned due to a propeller strike.
