Genesis engineers have been looking at my GV60 for two weeks. Their best answers so far were to 'refer to my manual' and to 'turn off my parking sensors when reversing'.

Essentially they are refusing to admit that there's an issue. Well after talking to other owners, it appears that phantom reverse braking is clearly a real issue and happening to many other GV60 owners as well.

So I decided to show them MORE proof, using their own car. My servicing dealership provided an Electrified G80 loaner which DOES NOT have any phantom braking in reverse even after over 200 reversing events into my small garage.
