Landlords, beware of shady service techs who try to rip you off! 😡 We had a bad experience with one who intentionally damaged our boiler 🤦🏼‍♂️ and disconnected the gas, but luckily we found another service tech to fix it. 😮‍💨Always get a second opinion and don't be afraid to call out dishonest practices. Your tenants and your wallet will thank you.
