When doing construction in St. Louis (and most other places) it is crucial to prioritize and have focus on the important upgrades (construction & cosmetic) you want to have. In our experience, we really recommend investing heavily in construction upgrades initially and then focusing on cosmetic upgrades and fixes later, and sometimes even after you move in.
