Carrying a multi tool is a no-brainer for myself. Over the years I couldn't count the number of miles my personal multi tool has saved me in trips to retrieve a dedicated tool. While I agree that they are not a replacement for a dedicated tool, I want to give my reasoning behind why I advocate for everyone carrying some type of multi tool.
