On September 24th 2022 we went to the Grand Canyon to hike / run down to the Colorado River on the South Kaibab trail and back up the Bright Angel trail in one day. This trip was in preparation for Rim to Rim to Rim in a few weeks. What a great day at the Grand Canyon.
