OKAY. GUYS. This was my first time sitting on all of these horses, I’m aware my riding isn’t perfect.... damn... please remember I am not a professional I’m just a teenage girl still learning and growing. I’m aware my hands could use more release, but if you look at my Instagram I do release, this was just my first time riding these horses. Please remember that!

A SUMMARY:

The first horse was a 16.1hh 13yo ISH Grey Gelding and he was an eventer competing at BE100. Although a lovely horse I just didn’t feel we got on as a combination.

The second horse was a 16hh 10yo Bay ISH Gelding. His jump was a bit awkward and he was a bit too spooky for a 10yo. He had evented up to 1* in Ireland with a man. I found he was just too much horse for me and was too strong.

The third horse was a 16.1hh 14yo Chestnut Warmblood Gelding. I actually really really liked him although we had some speedy moments, he was a showjumper and had jumped up to 1’30 in Spain and had been consistently jumping at 1’10 in England. He had a bit of a stop in him but I really liked him although he was a tad strong. I had planned to have him on trial but unfortunately when we went to pick him up he wouldn’t load in our trailer.

Lastly we have a 16.1hh 6yo Dark Bay Belgium Warmblood Mare. I hadn’t planned on getting a youngster but I heard about the mare through a close friend of mine (Jess) and fell instantly in love with her. She is extremely sweet natured, honest and has a lot of potential. She has jumped age classes as a 4yo in Belgium but has been competing lowlevel the last year. She needs some work but I felt we just got on really well as a combination, so I went and picked her up the next day!

Welcome to the team Nevada PK (stable name Vegas)!
