Deaf and hearing students can learn American sign language and watch together.

Every word in the video can be understood in American Sign Language (ASL), English language, and Closed Captioning. Using quality video images, animation and graphics, each video is designed to be educationally effective and visually appealing to visual learners.

The “Mr. D Signs” video series is hosted by Mr. D, (David Dronzank), a CODA and an educator of the deaf. Mr. D uses American Sign Language (ASL), English Language, and Closed Captioning to engage and effectively teach deaf, hard of hearing and hearing students alike.

Teachers and parents of hearing-impaired or non-verbal students often have a difficult time finding engaging, educational video content developed specifically for sensory-impaired learners. These special video programs provide access to all learners.

The videos in the series are appropriate for learners from youth to adults.

ALPHABET SAFARI- In this video, children will learn American Sign Language for each letter of the alphabet. Mr. D shows the sign for each letter as he speaks the letter name. The letter is shown on the screen along with engaging video footage of the animals.

Mr. D Signs is dedicated to creating and producing accessible educational materials (AEM) for deaf, hard of hearing and other hearing-impaired learners. Using American Sign Language (ASL), English Language, and Closed Captioning (CC) our specially designed Instruction (SDI) video content can be an important resource for special education classrooms and easily integrated into individualized Education Programs (IEP).
