After 14 years I got a fan error (they don't make 'em like that anymore) …

I neither planned nor wanted to make this video. But my just 14 year old QNAP TS-439 NAS suddenly started peeping and complaint about its fan. It was a singular occurrence, but it prompted me to take that thing apart to have a look.

After opening the enclosure we have a first look inside. Next we remove the power supply to have better access. Then it’s time to remove the offending fan. After some cleaning and putting everything together again we boot the thing up.
