WOWZERS! This Chilli Eating Contest had it all... Pain, sweat, tears and even the dreaded 'Naga Claw' made an appearance. But most of all it has peppers. Lots & lots of fresh, ripe chili peppers supplied by Cornish Chillies Ltd (https://cornishchillies.com) ranging from the mild to super hot!

And of course 10 brave contestants, including Shahina 'UK Chilli Queen' Waseem, battling it out to see how far they can get as they chomp their way through multiple rounds eating multiple pods. This contest took place at The Surrey Chilli Festival, Walton-on-Thames, UK on Sunday 18th September 2022 and was hosted by Matt Tangent.
