In today's Churchill Mortgage Review, I give my honest review of the Dave Ramsey Mortgage recommendation after my recent refinance.

After watching The Dave Ramsey Show for so many years, I was at a point where I was asking should I refinance my home to take advantage of better rates? I had issues with both PMI and a mediocre mortgage interest rate that I wanted to get rid of. Also, I wanted to take control and pay my own taxes and insurance (and avoid mortgage escrow). I look at other Churchill Mortgage reviews and decided to take advantage of this opportunity. I am now on Baby Step 6 of the Dave Ramsey Baby Steps and plan to take full advantage of getting out of this mortgage debt ASAP!
