Arm/Shoulder pain can often be caused by a problem in the neck. In this video, we give you two easy to do exercises to bring quick relief from arm pain coming from your neck. Remember to only do the exercises if they bring relief and discontinue if they increase your pain. The exercises were invented from a world-renowned physiotherapist from New Zealand, Brian Mulligan.
