Mafaldine Pasta
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
2 cups heavy cream
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
4 Tbsp avocado oil, divided
Lemon pepper seasoning
Old bay
Smoked paprika
Salt Free Cajun seasoning
2 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp Italian herb paste
