Casey Putsch unveils his 60s Grand Prix dream car. After waiting 20 years dreaming of a Formula B from the late 1960s, Casey bought this car. This is a strange car called a Chinook. It is an amalgam of Lotus and Cooper parts with ingenuity from the Canadian Chinook brothers. This car is powered by a Lotus twin cam 1600cc 4 cylinder engine with twin side draft Weber carbs and a 5 speed dog transaxle. It is a tube frame car and functionally represents what Formula 1 racing was in the early to mid 1960s as it is built the same way and makes similar power to the 1.5 liter rules of the early 60s. Casey does a full review of the car in this unveil video.
