In this video we are looking at the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk! Until 2017, the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT was the top model with the 6.4L Hemi V8 engine and 475 horsepower. That is, until the 2018 Trackhawk was released, with the 6.2L supercharged Hellcat engine under the hood, putting out a whopping 707 horsepower! Even though it was expensive for a Jeep, starting at $86,000 USD, it punched above its weight in terms of performance, matching or beating the competition from Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, and even Bentley and Lamborghini.

Unfortunately, by late 2021, the Trackhawk will be discontinued as Stellantis pushes for electrification and are forced to comply with stricter emissions regulations. There still might be a Trackhawk for the 5th-gen WL Grand Cherokee, but it won't have a Hellcat engine!
