👋 Check out the all new 2024 Toyota Tacoma! This is an SR5 4X4 and has an MSRP around $44,000 finished in Celestial Silver. The new 2024 Tacoma has a 2.4L inline 4 cylinder turbo engine with 278 HP and 317 TQ with an 8 speed automatic transmission. The SR5 is a lower level truck one step above the actual base model. But you still get some nice features for the interior and plenty of towing and off road capability The new styling with the 4th generation Tacoma looks really good and looks similar to the previous gen Tacoma, but more up to date and aggressive. The interior of the 2024 Toyota Tacoma SR5 is covered in pretty much all plastic. Higher trim TRD models will get nicer materials, but the SR5 is all plastic. Even the rear seats just have a hard plastic arm rest. So For the price, I wish there was less plastic and more rugged vinyl materials like other brands have. I do like the smaller infotainments screen. Has all the same functions as the big screen but I think it fits the dash better. Driving the new Tacoma is where you see a big upgrade. The new turbo engine has a ton more power than the old V6 and the 8 speed delivers power very well. I like how nice this truck drives. Powerful and smooth! But this still feels rugged like a truck. So overall the new Tacoma is a great option, however they all seem to be priced around $45k to $50k. So personally I'd go for a lower optioned TRD Off Road or Sport since you can build one about the same as an SR5. Great truck, but could have a better interior feel and a lower price.
