In celebration of Black History Month, on February 23, 2023 The Mob Museum and Harrison House presented an evening of storytelling, music and dance dedicated to the iconic Moulin Rouge and sponsored by the Stephen Lackey Philanthropic Trust and Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey.

Panelists Anna Bailey, Manny Davis and Katherine Duncan shared stories of the important hotel, which became a catalyst for civil rights reform in Las Vegas. Performances by Paris Red, Ivery Wheeler, Leon Gilliam and others followed the discussion.
