Hi!
Today I harvested Kale, spinach and choy from the Greenstalk, we had our last sweet pototo harvest and although we are already making our way to the bottom of that harvest, there is still enough to be sauteed along with some with onions to make a completely delicious lunch!


I've loved seeing our carrots growing so much that I decided to plant some more! This area only gets morning sun, so being that these are planted in a partly shade area, I do expect for them to grow more slowly. I'm hoping that by using the same method of applying plastic on top, we will have success with germination. Once germinated, I think they could really love this space. This bed is located right in front of our house and I would love to utilize this space for food that has a long growing season.
