This 1981 Rolls-Royce Corniche convertible was delivered new to McGinnis Cadillac Rolls-Royce of Houston, Texas in September 1981 and now shows 2,900 miles. The selling dealer reportedly acquired the car from the family of its original owners in March 2019. Power is supplied by a 6.75-liter V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, and the car is finished in red over tan leather. Equipment includes a power-operated tan soft top, a Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament, wheel covers, a Blaupunkt stereo, a Pioneer cassette player, multi-zone automatic climate control, wood interior trim, and red sheepskin floor mats. Service performed under current ownership has included rebuilding the steering rack and rear shocks as well as replacing the tires, water pump, and fuel filter. The car was exhibited at an event in Saudi Arabia during 2020. This Corniche is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, a specifications card, a tan boot cover, tools, recent service records, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Texas title.
