As a medical doctor from India, I understand that doctors should not just treat illness but promote health. And being healthy is a holistic process, it is realated to our overall wellness. In my view health care can not fulfill its purpose unless it shifts from disease centric model to health promotion (life style modification) centric model.
Since year 2010, I am working as a full time Wellness Educator and Keynote Speaker.
