Lisa Lopez is a Certified Happiness Coach, Mental Fitness Trainer, Retreat host, and founder of Live Happy Coaching. Lisa specializes in helping women over 30 achieve greater happiness through her proprietary 6-week program that teaches people how to go from high-stress, negative thinking to calm, laser-focused action. She hosts transformational self-love retreats for women in Sedona, Costa Rica, Hawaii, and Lake Tahoe. She creates safe, supportive spaces for women to reconnect with themselves and their happiness. Lisa has extensive training in the Science of Happiness, Positive Psychology, and Positive Intelligence. She is a Professional Certified Coach/Mentor Coach through the International Coach Federation.
