Since many people have asked how to get Goggle Specs, here's a complete run of ZIS and getting a Trap Scarf in the end. Same method applies for getting Goggle Specs/Tight Belt. You can skip to the end of the video to see the kecleon shop theft.

The only legitimate way to obtain Goggle Specs/Trap Scarf/Tight Belt is to steal/buy it from Kecleon Shops in Zero Isle South B90-B98F. Since you barely get any money or even Gold Ribbon from the dungeon, the only viable way to get it is to steal the items without fighting any Kecleon. Using Pure Seed is the safest way to do so, but you can also use Trawl Orb although this method is far more risky compared to Pure Seed.

In this run I used Drifblim/Drifloon to take advantage of its Unburden ability to get evasion hax and attack twice as long as you don't hold any item. Note that you don't need to max out evasion boost to avoid most of the attacks. Although this strategy is pretty consistent, here are some things that can kill you:
1. Moves that always hit (Faint Attack, Swift, Magical Leaf, etc.)
2. Explosion Trap
3. Poison/Burn (always have some status healing items for this)
4. Spawning inside a Monster House when entering a new floor (Warp Seed/Via Seed is very useful for this, as shown in the video)
5. Later floors will have enemies that can reflect back your attack with their IQ Skills.

In general, I would search the first 10-20 floors for Pure Seed and reset if I don't find any. 1-2 Minimize is enough for the first half of the dungeon, but you will need more for later floors and monster houses. Avoid fighting mobs unless your evasion is high. If using Trawl Orb, remove all other items on the floor and use the orb near the stairs to minimize the turn needed to collect all items.
