Lasizwe Entertainment (PTY) LTD owns all Intellectual Property Rights in and title to all copies, in whole and in part, of the Licensed Materials and all derivative works thereof. Licensee shall not acquire any rights or interest in any of the Intellectual Property by reason of any use and/or modification of the same in connection with this Agreement. Lasizwe Entertainment (PTY) LTD retains all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.
