The 2024 Tesla Cybertruck Cyberbeast ($96,390 starting in the US) and the 2024 Porsche 911 Turbo S ($230,400 starting in the US, $263,600 starting in Canada) have lined up for a drag and roll race. The Cybertruck has the EV-torque launch advantage - even against the spring-loaded 911 Turbo S - but has all the aerodynamics of a kitchen appliance. The Porsche should hope to bring the speed later down the strip, and make up lost ground from the launch.
